Harley Quinn

Harley Quinn! Probably one of the first times that I actually drew her finished. I'm pretty sure I've doodled her a few times in my sketchbook but never took it any further than doodles. Haha This was for a weekly character drawing challenge over at [link] which was started by the group of Illustration graduates the year before me. asked me to do one up for this week's challenge and I was more than happy to oblige. Who can say no to drawing Harley Quinn? She's just epic and she's not even originally from the comics. Started out as an extra character on the animated series and THEN got written into the comics, how awesome is that? Done all traditionally with pens, copics and white ink. Had to touch up a bit in photoshop because I kept on smudging stuff but that's about it. Might use this a as a print or something at Fan Expo.....maybe I should make an accompanying Poison Ivy to go with her. haha Possibilities.
